WHAT HAPPENS IN A PSYCH-K®️ SESSION?
Each PSYCH‑K®️ session is unique to the individual and no one session is a-like making them dynamic and powerful.
As a facilitator, Belinda provides a safe space for you to uncover any past, present or future issues that may be causing you unnecessary stress or preventing you from reaching your goals. One of the benefits of PSYCH-K®️ is that once we identify what is holding you back we utilise the various PSYCH-K®️ balances (or tools) to make the subconscious changes, rather than analysing your issues. In other words she facilitates and provides space for you to make the change during a balance. She has no expectation or attachment to what you will change so there is often a beautiful, organic flow between what comes up after a balance and what is worked on next.
Typically 1-2 issues are worked on in a single session and a summary with action steps is provided as part of the offering. There is also great value in working together over multiple sessions as it allows space for you to reflect and gain insights between sessions, notice changes and focus on taking action to bring the new potential to life.
HOW DOES A PSYCH-K®️ BALANCE WORK?
In PSYCH-K®️ we use muscle testing to communicate with or create a link to your subconscious mind. In muscle testing your subconscious determines which balance to use and whether it is safe and in your highest good to change. Once permission is granted we use muscle testing to establish whether you have the belief you desire, or whether the issue is causing you stress in the body. If you don’t have the belief or if the issue is causing you stress, we progress with the chosen balance using a whole brain posture. At the end of the balance we muscle test to check in with your subconscious to see that the belief or your perception of the stress has changed.
Muscle testing during an online session
In person we use your arm to facilitate the muscle test so you get a direct experience of muscle testing. However, for an online session I become a surrogate and muscle test on your behalf using the permission protocols – just like a phone link between your subconscious and mine.
