During a session series you can make real progress in an area(s) of your life you have struggled with. Over this time a container is created allowing space for you to reflect and gain insights between sessions, notice changes and focus on taking action to bring the new potential to life.
To get the most from our initial session together, and to prepare yourself for this journey I recommend setting aside a minimum 30 mins – 1hr reflection time to consider the following;

2) NOTICE WHERE YOUR ENERGY GOES
As you go throughout your day be mindful of what or who is occupying your mind. What thoughts and emotions are causing you to react in a way that you don’t like or makes you feel anxious? These thoughts and emotions may be taking up most of your available space, or might seem small and insignificant. Don’t filter these, just journal whatever comes up without judgment (and if you do judge them, write these thoughts down too as they are gold and can help you identify any patterns). For example, energy could be going to:
- A colleague, family member, client that infuriates you long after you saw them
- Feeling guilty for not doing something you think you should be doing
- Being worried about your partner, parent or children and how they’re doing
- Repeated thoughts (persistent thought loops) like ‘I’m so busy’, ‘there’s not enough time’, ‘I can’t afford it’, ‘I should be….’, ‘this is so hard’, ‘I can’t do this’, ‘I wish I had more….’, ‘Jessica is smarter, more qualified, prettier, better than me’ etc.
- Emotions such as anger, frustration, happy, sadness or loneliness and associated situation
Then identify your top 1-2 things causing you the most stress or worrying you, and we can work to transform your perception of them.

3) CREATE YOUR FUTURE

- What do you really want/desire?
- What area(s) of your life do you want to see change in? That if this changed would dramatically improve your life.
